Information processed by the website

The website is designed to collect as little information as practical. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email address, or payment information in the website estimate form.

• Optional analytics: only after you accept Analytics, Google Analytics may process a random browser identifier, pages viewed, interactions, browser and device details, and approximate location. Estimate events may include the device type, brand, model, repair issue, language, and page selected.
• Local preferences: your language choice and Analytics choice are stored in your browser so the site can remember them.
• Hosting and security logs: our hosting providers may process information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and date and time to deliver and secure the website.

WhatsApp repair requests

The estimate form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. Kemo Wireless does not receive the selected repair details until you press Send in WhatsApp.

After you send the message, Kemo Wireless can see the message and the phone number and profile information made available through your WhatsApp account. WhatsApp and Meta process that communication under their own terms and privacy policy.

• Meta provides WhatsApp when you choose to send a message.

How Google uses data from sites using its services

Kemo Wireless does not sell personal information for money and does not use repair-request messages for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and your Analytics choice

Google Analytics is optional. It stays off unless you select Accept Analytics. You may reject it without losing any website or repair-request features, and you may change your choice at any time using Cookie choices in the footer.

The browser storage used to remember language and privacy choices is necessary to provide those preferences. Clearing browser data may reset them.

Retention and security

We retain messages and repair-related records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the business, and meet legal obligations. Google and Meta retain information according to their settings and policies. Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear them.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, device, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
